126th Annual Becker County Fair kicks off today

The 126th annual Becker County Fair opened it gates Wednesday afternoon for four-days of fair fun.
The 4-H animals are all moved in, and some judging started earlier this week. There are a lot of animals to show this year: The Goat and Sheep show is at 8am on Thursday the 8th, followed by the Beef show at 10:30. The Horse, Dairy Goat and Dairy shows begin at 8am on Friday.
Friday is Seniors Day at the Becker County Fair, followed by Kids Day on Friday and Family Day on Saturday.
There are two nights of Demo Derby this year: Friday and Saturday night at the Grandstand . Friday features Vans and Compact Trucks, Chain and Go Pickups and the Compact Class. Saturday is the 1980s and Newer, Welded Stock Class and Welded Pickups.
The Midway opens at 1pm all four days of the fair. For Kids Day on Friday, you can donate three food pantry items and get three armbands for $45. They will accept credit cards this year, and there will also be an ATM on site.
Admission into the fair is free, and parking on the fairgrounds is only $3.
