(Undated) --More than a hundred vegetable products sold across the United States and Canada have been recalled over possible listeria contamination. According to the FDA, Mann Packaging Company, which makes packaged veggies for Del Monte and others, had to recall about 140 items out of an abundance of caution. No illnesses have been reported. Listeria infection can lead to high fever, severe headaches, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, the FDA said.
