The top female was 25 year old Jaci Wilson from Fergus Falls with a time of 1:25.42.
The race's namesake Dick Beardsley was on hand at Saturday's race although he didn't run. Beardsley said he's recovering from a second knee-replacement surgery on his left knee five months ago. He said he's pleased with the evolution of the race which started in 1995 with 100 people and is now run by Mark Knutson and Go Far Events.
One of the races run Saturday, the 5K, was dedicated to Beardsley's son Andy who took his own life in 2015. 300 people finished the Andy Beardsley Memorial 5K. (click here for Dick's comments)
Other race totals from Saturday included 260 runners in the 10K, and 50 people took part in the two-person half marathon relay event.
