Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Motorcycle Accident In Hubbard County

UNDATED--A motorcyclist was seriously injured Monday evening when his machine failed to round a corner on Highway 87 in Hubbard County. The State Patrol says just before 6:00pm the motorcyclist was traveling east on highway 87 near mile post 54 east of Crow Crest Drive. in Crow Wing Lake Township, Hubbard County, when the driver failed to negotiate the turn, and traveled off the roadway. The driver, described only as a 43 year old Park Rapids man, sustained life threatening injuries. No further information has been released. Assisting the State Patrol at the scene were Hubbard County Sheriff's Office, North Memorial EMS, Air Care and Park Rapids Police Department.
