(Washington, DC) -- President Trump is reportedly backing off a plan to ban some flavored vaping products. The Washington Post reports that Trump worried the move could lead to job losses, which would be a drag on his re-election campaign. Trump previously said he supported banning kid-friendly e-cigarette flavors like mint and candy flavors. First Lady Melania Trump and the President's daughter Ivanka were reportedly key in getting him to initially back the plan. The White House says Trump is committed to responsibly protecting children's health.
