(KBRF) - The speed limit is increasing on several two-lane highways in Minnesota. The changes take effect as soon as the signs are replaced. MnDOT's TJ Melcher says a higher speed limit can be safer…
Among the highways going from 55 to 60 miles-per-hour is highway 34 between both Detroit Lakes and Park Rapids and from Dunvilla to Barnesville.
Speed limits lower than 55 miles per hour along these sections of highway will remain unchanged.
