(Bismarck, ND) -- The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe is now involved in the case regarding the potential expansion of the Dakota Access Pipeline. A judge yesterday allowed the tribe to get involved ahead of a North Dakota Public Service Commission hearing on the matter in two months. The November 13th hearing is being held in Linton. Energy Transfer's new goal for the pipeline is to have one-point-one-million barrels of oil go through it each day.
