DETROIT LAKES, MN--The three men arrested in a Tuesday morning hold up at the Orton's Convenience Store in Audubon face aggravated robbery charges. The three men from Moorhead each face a count of first degree aggravated robbery. Charged this week in Becker County District Court are 22 year old John Greywind, 23 year old Stephen Golden and 23 year old Dylan Beckman, all from Moorhead. According the court complaints, the three had plotted to rob the store then travel the backroads back to Moorhead.  Court records allege two of the men, Greywind and Golden, entered the store around 1:15am Tuesday with bandanas over their faces and knives in their hands and told the store clerk to open the register and to get on the floor. The men also asked for a key to the safe which the employee said she didn't have. The men left, the employee hit the alarm button and law enforcement arrived. Records state the driver of the get-away vehicle, Beckman, said the men had a plan to rob the store and take the backroads from Audubon to Moorhead. A Becker County Sheriff's Deputy happened to be in the vicinity of the car and was able to locate the suspect vehicle traveling south from the scene on Highway 11 about 15 minutes later. The employee was not injured in the incident. Bail was set for each man, 100-thousand for Golden; 150-thousand for Greywind; and 75-thousand for Beckman.
