Detroit Lakes Fire Department and the DNR were called to a field fire just before 6:30pm Sunday in Frazee on East Howe Lake Road when a property owner's controlled fire flared and caught some nearby dry grass on fire.
Other fires were reported in Park Rapids, Warroad, Deer River, Little Falls, and the Sandstone-Cambridge areas over the weekend.
