DETROIT LAKES (KDLM/KFGO) - As a second wave of storms rolled through the Lakes Area this morning, reports of outages from a number of areas are being called in.

Wild Rice Electric says, "crews are working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible." Some reports include lines down across roads and yards. If you see a downed power line, stay back as it could still be energized and report it by calling 1-800-244-5709.

Wind gusts of around 60 mph were reported in the Fargo-Moorhead area. There were multiple reports of downed power lines, flooding in streets and underpasses.

There were also scattered reports of ping-pong and golf-ball size hail and numerous reports of pea-size hail.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s office says rainfall amounts of between 5 and 7 inches have been reported across the county. More than eight inches of rain was reported at Elizabeth and Phelps Mills.
