(Undated) --The U.S. Postal Service is expanding its Sunday package delivery in high volume areas to accommodate the holiday crush. The service estimates it will deliver 28 million packages a day from December 16th to the 20th. Deadlines are also approaching to make sure packages get where they're going in time for Christmas. That's December 9th for Priority and First-Class mail to overseas military and diplomatic posts, December 11th for all other APO and DPO addresses, the 18th for Priority Mail Express. For USPS Retail Ground, it's December 14th. First class packages to domestic addresses need to be postmarked by December 20th, the 21st and 23rd for Priority mail and Priority Mail Express. The deadlines are different for Alaska and Hawaii.
